Description

This combined Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) synopsis/ solicitation of subject contractual action Request For Quotation (RFQ) dated 17 Sep 03 is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) SUBPART 12.2 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF COMMERCIAL ITEMS. More specifically this RFQ is issued in accordance with FAR SUBPART 12.603 Streamlined solicitation for commercial items. The following items 1 through 16 are in accordance with FAR 5.207 Preparation and transmittal of synopses. Item 17, Description is in accordance with format of FAR SUBPART 12.6.
