Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform services, unless specified as provided by the Government. Request The Repair Of One (1) Southwest Mobile Systems SMS 25K Loader, Reg# 93E00154, VIN# 158, Model 40837100, Engine Size 8.2L, As Stated In The Solcitation The Following Repairs Are Needed: 1.) Paint To Match 2.) Horn Inop. 3) Replace Air Compressor 4) Replace Air Cleaner Gauge 5.) Repalce Engine Mounts/Isolators 6.) Replace All Conveyor Tires 7.) Scheduled Maintenance 8.) Replace Two (2) Rollers 9.) Replace U-Joints. 10.) Replace Hub Gaskets 11.) Replace Tie Rod Ends/King Pins/Bearings 12.) Replace Oil Pan/Gasket/Lines. 13.) Replace Ether Solenoid. 14.) Replace Heater Assembly 15.) Replace Battery And Cables 16.) Replace Exhaust/Manifolds 17.) Replace Charging System 18.) Replace Valve Cover Gaskets; Rear Main Seal, Oil Pan and Gasket 19.) Repair Lighting System. Solicitation number is F28609-03-T-0096. This solicitation is a Request for Quote and is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 7699, NAICS code is 811310 and the related Small Business Size Standard is $6 mil. Work shall be completed within 45 days ARO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award. Solicitation will be issued on or about 18 SEP 03. Due date will be stated in the solicitation. The entire solicitation will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 305 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation.
