- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 6,587 rentable square feet yielding 5,727 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Jacksboro, Tennessee. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Jacksboro, Tennessee within the following delineated area: NORTH: One Block Above Highway 25W; SOUTH: One Block Below Highway 25W; EAST: Ridenour Lane; WEST: Highway I-75. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code and ordinance with 34 surface parking spaces required within two blocks. Space must be ready for occupancy by March 31, 2005 or sooner. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years. OWNERS/AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office.
