- Solicitation number SP4400-04-R-0002 is a proposed service contract for all non-personal services necessary for the removal, transportation, and disposal of hazardous materials and waste at Fort Leonard Wood (FLW), Chemical Defense Training Facility (CDTF), Missouri ? Building #5101, Fort Leonard Wood, MO. This is for a firm-fixed price indefinite quantities SB(8a) set-aside contract. This will be a single award. The NAICS Code is 562211. The contract period will be for an 18-month base period with two (2) 18-month options. Performance will be requested by issuance of written task orders against the basic contract. Qualifications: Perspective contractors and subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations governing disposal of hazardous waste materials and environmental protection. Per FAR 52.237-1, SITE VISIT, Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
