Description

NA (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal s are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the following Solicitation Number: DABQ03-03-T-0106. (iii) This Solicitation and the provisions and clauses in corporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. (iv) This acquisition is a Small Business Set-aside, Size standards: $6 Mil. The applicable NAICS is 811111. (v) This RFQ contains the Statement of Work: The Contractor sha ll perform or provide the following item: 1. Installation of Police Equipment on Police Vehicles (Marked Vehicles)4 ea. 2. Installation of Police Equipment on Police Vehicles (Unmarked) 2 ea. Items that need to be installed: 1. Whelen 12 head strobe b ar 52 inch 2. Hook On Adapters for Light Bar 2003 Ford Expedition 3. MPH DOCUCAM in car Video 4. MPH DOCUCAM Rear Camera. 5. Pro-Copper Console for Expedition. 6. Whelen Remote Pack Strobe inside out Red/Blue. 7. 150 Watt 8 Outlet whelen power sup ply. 8. Hide a way strobes clear. 9. Hideaway Strobes Red/Blue. 10. Whelen PCC6R Switch Control 11. Whelen Hands Free 100 Watt Siren. 12. Whelen Hands Compact Siren Speaker. 13. Setina Bodyguard partition for Rear seat of Expedition. 14. Sumatar a 3000 Pushbumper for Expedition. 15. Setina Bodyguard 6/7 Partitin for Expedition. 16. Tufloc Muzzle Down Gun Rack. 17. Gun Lock Timer. Government will supply all of the above items to be installed. Vendor will only be responsible for installation. Vehicles will be delivered to the vendor that is awarded the contract. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with the following addenda. (ix) Offers will be evaluated using the followin g evaluation factors, technically acceptable, price and delivery time. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government. (x) All offers must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Represent ations and Certifications, Commercial Items (Alt I) (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions, Commercial Items applies to this acquisition along with the following addenda: 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2002).
