Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DABJ05-03-T-0836. CLIN 0001- Contractor shall provide one each High pressure Compressor/purification system (Bauer Model K60-D 5000 PSI Service or equal); ASME Storage Systems (ASME Model 480 or equal); Containment Fill Station (Bauer Model CFS-3S or equal); Cascade Compressor Trailer with Whispermat Barrier system or equal; to supply compressed air for human respiration, in accordance the detaile d specifications available upon request.. The system shall be designed for a maximum working pressure of 5,000 PSIG; 6 lifting eyes and 6 tie downs must be installed to compressor so that the compressor can be lifted by a crane; total compressor noise mus t not exceed 80db and not require hearing protection. Requisition Number W91B94-3252-0004. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Dest. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. The provision at 52.212-1 , Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are ??????Technical Capability??????, ??????Price and Past Performance???? ?? and ??????less important than price??????. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items , applies to this acquisition.
