Description

Provide and install automated entry control system for the Arnold Gate consisting of one(1) radio reader with wiegand output (20) 2 channel handheld xmtr DNT00053, one (1) 12VDC or 24 VDC 2 amp power supply/charger module, two (2) safety edges, two (2) megacode gate xmtr, two (2) access controllers (acp00894), one(1) kit of controls for 2 supervised doors and 2 unsupervised doors, 4000 users, including four (4) door relays, two (2) alarm inputs (requires line modules) enclosures, power supply, battery, tamper switch, medeco lock and snib supporting expansion boards UL listed CE 115 VAC. Includes repair to existing gate infrastructure, setup of panels, elevator option on Hirsch or equal panel, enter transmitters and safety edge and any other requirements needed to ensure this system is operational. This solicitation is set aside for small business. The magnitude of construction is under $25,000. Award will be made to the offeror providing the best price to the Government. The NAICS code is 238210; SIC code is 1731 with an income of not greater than $12.0M Prospective offerors must ensure their firm is registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
