Description

The U.S. Government requires the following: Firm, Fixed Price supply contract to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Instron Corporation, for a 550 Servo Control Extend Upgrade to an existing Tinius Olsen Hydraulic Testing Machine. FOB: Destination. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This requirement will be solicited using Far Part 12 - Commercial, and Far Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The technology and supplies required to perform this requirement have been determined to be proprietary to Instron Corporation to insure capability with the existing system. This notice is therefore published for informational purposes only. No additional sources are being sought at this time. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted.
