- The VA North Texas Healthcare System intends to award a contract for preventive maintenance and repair services for the below listed equipment to cover base period October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004, plus four (4) option years (October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2008). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, Request For Quote (RFQ) 549-04-1-096-0022 is being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable authority for this intent is FAR 6.201. All quotes must meet the listed requirements in this announcement. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001 ?15. This procurement is unrestricted. NAICS code is 339112 with the size standard of 500 employees. This will be a firm fixed price contract. FOB destination. Payment will be made on receipt and acceptance of the equipment.
