- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote number is F04700-03-T-0099. The Request for Quote document and incorporated RFQ provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-06 and Defense Acquisition Change Notice (DCN): 20020426. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611512 and the size standard is $21,500,000.00. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB, CA has a requirement for the services identified in the attached Statement of Work and Contract Line Items (see attached files): Offerors must provide evidence that simulators offered are FAA Level ?C? and ?D? Certified. Offerors that do not provide evidence of FAA Level ?C? and ?D? certification will be considered not responsive. CLIN 0001 - Basic Period of Performance (1 Oct 2003 through 30 Sept 2004) Contractor shall provide the services described in Attachment 1, Statement of Work dated 16 June 2003 Attachment 2, CLIN Structure, to be completed and returned with RFQ CLIN 0002 ? First Option Period (1 Oct 2004 through 30 Sept 2005) Contractor shall provide the services described in Attachment 1, Statement of Work dated 16 June 2003 Attachment 2, CLIN Structure, to be completed and returned with RFQ CLIN 0003 ? Second Option Period (1 Oct 2005 through 30 Sept 2006) Contractor shall provide the services described in Attachment 1, Statement of Work dated 16 June 2003 Attachment 2, CLIN Structure, to be completed and returned with RFQ CLIN 0004 ? Third Option Period (1 Oct 2006 through 30 Sept 2007) Contractor shall provide the services described in Attachment 1, Statement of Work dated 16 June 2003 Attachment 2, CLIN Structure, to be completed and returned with RFQ CLIN 0005 ? Fourth Option Period (1 Oct 2007 through 30 Sept 2008) Contractor shall provide the services described in Attachment 1, Statement of Work dated 16 June 2003 Attachment 2, CLIN Structure, to be completed and returned with RFQ. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 2001). The following provisions and clauses apply: 52.252-2, Clauses Incorporated by Reference. This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
