- Description
- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 15 each: Workstations/Desks varying in size, 13 each: Mobile Pedestals, 13 each: hinged door cabinets, 2 each: large hinged door cabinets, 15 each: leather, high-back rolling chairs and 9 each: canti-lever leather visitor chairs. A mandatory site-visit will be conducted on 23 September 2003 at 1330 hours at Bldg 23, Spangdahlem AB, Germany. Attending the Site-visit is required prior to submittal of quotes. Quotes will be due by 25 Sept 2003. Vendors should bring catalogs of products and be prepared to take measurements of room dimensions as necessary. All quotes must be in English and will not include the country of origin?s value added tax. Please notify SSgt Jason Kieffer that you would like to attend this site visit no later than 1600, 22 September 2003. This is an End of Year fall-out project and funds are currently not available. This purchase will be made with the Government Visa Card. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ 52FWGPCPURCHASE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. FOB: Destination for delivery to 52 FW/XP, GEB. 23 US-Wohnsiedlung, D-54529 Spangdahlem, Germany.
