Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to compete the following requirement. Electrical contract to install electrical drops from the ceiling of renovated space in five separate wings of building 3189, Scott AFB IL. Electrical drops are to be used to electrically connect approximately 200 system furniture workstations. Contractor may not exceed three workstations per 20 amp circuit and all circuits are to be terminated by connecting them to the electrical whip on the systems furniture. Power poles will be provided to house the wires for the workstations that are not positioned against the wall. All work is to be accomplished in accordance with all local and national electrical codes. Design layout will be provided after award. This contract must be awarded by 30 Sep 03 and will be based on best value to the government. Evaluation criteria will be: past performance, technical experience and price. Walk-through of the facility will occur at building 3189, Scott AFB IL on 25 Sep 03 (Thursday) at 1:30 central time. Proposals containing a not-to-exceed amount must be provided by 12:00 central time on Monday, 29 Sep 2003 to be considered for award.
