Description

NA (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Solicitation will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under the following Solicitation Number: DABQ03-03-T-0113. (iii) This Solicitation and the provisions and clauses incor porated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. (iv) This acquisition is a Small Business Set-aside, Size standards 500 Employees. The applicable NAICS is 336999. (v) This RFQ contains the Statement of Work: The Contractor shall perform or provide the following item: 1. 2 ea. Wide Track Snow Machines with the following specifications: a. Liquid Cooled. b. Independent Front Suspension. c. Coupled Suspension. d. Track 20 x 156 x 1. e. High/Low/Reverse Transmission. f. 2 Passengers with Storage. g. Electric Start. h. Cylinders, Displacement 2-488. i. Speedometer. j. Mechanical Fuel Gauge k. Temp/1ow Oil Lights. l. Hand and Thumb Warmers. m. Rear Rack Tow Hitch. 2. Quote must include shipping to the below location. (vi) The delivery address is: Central Receiving Point, Bay 5, Bldg 601, Fort Greely, Delta Junction, Alaska 99737 (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial, applies to this acquisition, along with the following addenda. (ix) Offe rs will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors, technically acceptable, price and delivery time. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government.
