Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 1. Five classrooms and one conference room at the Mountain Post Training and Education Center (MPTEC) require audio video systems capable of projecting the following media via a ceiling mounted multi media projector: laptop computer; Internet; CD??????s; DVD??????s; VHS tapes; satellite broadcasts; local and cable television broadcasts. Three of the classrooms currently have old malfunctioning multi media equipment and will be reconfigured using new equipment; old functioning devices will be integrated wi th the new. Two classrooms and one conference room will receive entirely new packages. 2. Classrooms 160A, 222, and 223: Integrate old with new and reconfigure. Each of the three rooms require the following equipment and labor attendant to installation, testing, integration and staff training. (1) Multi media projector with XGA resolution of 2,500 ANSI lumens or greater. (1) Ceiling mounted bracket. Miscellaneous cable, connectors, and hardware. 3. Classrooms 202A and 203A: Entirely new packages. Each of the two rooms require the following equipment and labor attendant to installation, testing, integration and staff training. (1) Multi media projector with XGA resolution of 2,500 ANSI lumens or greater. (1) Ceiling mounted bracket (1) Video switcher (1) Movie screen, manually operated, 60?????? X 80?????? (1) DVD/VHS combination (1) Floor rack (1) Rack bridge (1) Audio mixer (1) Power amplifier (2) Loudspeakers (2) Loudspeaker wall mounts Miscellaneous cable, connectors, and hardware. 4. Conference room 149A: Entirely new package. The room will require the following equipment and labor attendant to installation, testing, integration and staff training. (1) Multi media projector XGA resolution of 1400 lumens or greater (1) Ceiling mounted bracket (1) Movie screen, manually operated, 60?????? X 80?????? (1) DVD/VHS combination (1) Wall input plate Miscellaneous cable, connectors, and hardware. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors ?????? Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions are applicable to this solicitation. Offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ?????? Commercial Items.
