Any interest parties for this IDE effort must submit clear and concise information that will show a superior understanding of secure DoD environment standards and methods to maintain full confidentiality between contractor members of the EM Gun IPT and from members outside the EM Gun IPT. Interested parties for this IDE must also submit clear and concise information that will show superior understanding on methods to provide an integrated set of IPPD Value Analysis and measurement ?driven decision tools that fully and completely implement DoD?s IPPD and technology best-value philosophy as it pertains to defense Science and Technology programs.
