Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under the authority of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in thi s notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DAAD05-03-T-0170. Requirement is for CH-47 Spare Parts for the Governm ent of Thailand. CLIN 0001, Swashplate Assembly, NSN 1615-01-335-2698, P/N 145R3551-3, 2 EA. CLIN 0002, Swashplate Assembly Container, NSN 8145-00-563-9803, P/N 114G1195-11, 2 EA. CLIN 0003, Rotor Head, Aft, NSN 1615-01-391-4399, P/N 145R2004-20, 1 EA. CLIN 0004, Rotor Head, Aft ?????? Container, NSN 8145-01-128-1739, P/N 114G1017-70, 1 EA. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requirement, FMS Case TH-B-BIZ; purchase request BTH0543259Y001. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Origin. Shipping will be accomplished by the freight forwarder for the Government of Thailand. The vendor will be required to notify the freight forwarder that the items are ready for pickup. Offerors must provide a delivery schedule with their proposal. Partial shipments are acceptable, h owever, shipments shall be as consolidated as possible to avoid items being lost in transit. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based on price and delivery schedule. While price is more important than delivery, award will be made to the offeror that provides the best delivery schedule for the best price. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Represen tations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement St atutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001 applies to this acquisition.
