Description: NA The Detroit District intends to award a sole source purpose order to the Great Lakes Commission (GLC) for technical and administrative support to the Great Lakes Dredging Team (GLDT). The GLC is an interstate compact founded on federal and state law and i s dedicated to the use , management, and protection of water resources in the Great Lakes basin. The GLC will provide logistical arrangements for meetings, telecoferences, facilitate meetings, and provide limited funding for travel for non-federal partici pants. The GLDT has frequently conducted meeting in conjunction with the GLC. The GLC is uniquely qualified to handle the administrative matters of the GLDT.
