Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type Purchase Order (PO) to Micro Systems, Inc. of Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548, for supplies necessary to procure Ground Radio Frequency Units (GRFUs). These supplies are needed to support the System from Naval Target Control (SNTC) system, which is an Over-The-Horizon (OTH) Target Control System (TCS). MSI is the sole manufacturer of the SNTC TCS, and is the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform these efforts. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See Note 22.
