Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6. The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a Sole Source Purchase Order using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to acquire an enterprise wide software licensing agreement for KXEN Analytical Framework and one (1) optional year for maintenance to: KXEN Software Company located on 650 Townsend Street, in San Francisco, CA. This patented data mining/ modeling software based on Vladmir Vapnik?s breakthrough mathematical theory for scoring, classification, clustering and variable contribution; performs unsupervised data clustering with respect to a single target (SRM). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to be issued to KXEN. No request for Quotations (RFQ) will be prepared or made available. The applicable NAICS is 511210.
