Description
Requirement: The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 52,000 net rentable square feet. The rentable space must yield 45,000 ?50,000 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first-class office space. Inside, secured parking is required for 40 vehicles. Employee/visitor parking for 100 vehicles must be available on site or within 1/8 mile. A 50?setback is required from all directions surrounding the building and the employee parking area. Description: The tenant agency has a high volume of contact with the public, which will require a high level of security and the installation of security equipment. Delineated area: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area of the central business district of Camden, New Jersey: Northern Boundary: Interstate 676 Southern Boundary: Mikel Blvd. locally known as Martin Luther King Blvd. Eastern Boundary: Interstate 676 and 7th Street Western Boundary: 3rd Street Lease term: 15 years with the Government having the right to cancel in whole or in part at anytime during the 10th year. Owners and Submissions by other than the owner of a Authorized property must be accomplished by a Agent: letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Expressions of interest should be submitted within 5 days and must include: 1) Building name and address 2) Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 4) Common Area Factor This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals.
