Description

The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 13,500 rentable square feet (to yield a minimum of 11,500 BOMA Office Area square feet) of quality office space in Newark, NJ. Lease term will be ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights after five (5) years. This space is to be located within four blocks of the Rodino Federal Building. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations and other factors will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive proposal.
