Issue Date: October 14, 2003, Closing Date: November 13, 2003. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 19 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 32 each. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 86 days ARO. Subject item has several approved sources Lavi Systems Inc., CAGE 0ADZ9, part number T-2405-T38/F5, Parker Hannifin Corp., CAGE 26055, part number 014-009-001, and Simmonds Precision Products, CAGE 89305, part number 20112-0101.
