Description: The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke AFB, AZ, intends to award a sole source purchase order under simplified acquisition procedures for the relocation of modular furniture from Goodmans Office Interiors, 1400 E Indian Scholl Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85014. Other than full and open competition is authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). The anticipated award date is 29 Sep 03. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice is for informational purposes only, no formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discrection of the Government.
