Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplement with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number for this request for quote (RFP) is F01600-03-R-0024. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This solicitation is issued as a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Only small businesses may submit a quote. The NAICS code is 541611 ? $6.0 mil. The following item is required: Line Item 0001: Non-Personal Services: To provide Medical Logistics Management Services. Performance: 1 Oct 03 thru 30 Sep 04, The request for quote shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-2. Award will be based on lowest price.
