- (4) Meyer MSL-4/L track horn loaded long throw loudspeakers all with the weather, VEAM, and RMS options, each speaker to also come with type-4 caster boards and MSL-4 covers, (4) Meyer 650-P high powered subwoofers all with the weather , VEAM, and RMS options, each speaker to also come with 650-P covers. Rigging accessories to include: (4) MTG-4 top grids, (2) MTGSB-4, (8) SLCC-1, (8) RCL-1, and (8) SMCC-09. VEAM accessories to include (2) 4-channel VIM modules. Cable accessories to include (8) VEAM to Edison 2m cable inlets, (5) 30m cables, (5) 20m cables, and (4) 10m cables. (1) custom cabinet are also required to the following specifications: each cabinet with an 8 mix, 200 amp distro/patch bay with CAM inlets and thru?s VIM modules installed, distro?s need to include 8 Hubble 30 amp twists and 4 wire cam-ins and thru?s as well as 8 Edison duplex outlets in parallel with the 30 amp twists with theVIMs installed. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. REQUEST BRAND NAME - NO SUBSTITUTES. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212.-3 (Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items), and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation.
