- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: CLIN 0001: 2 Sets ATO HCM51411-OC125-1 HP MSA SCBA Complete NFPA 2002 Compliant OR EQUAL; CLIN 0002: 1 Each MSA PortAire Supplied Air Part number 807052 OR EQUAL; CLIN 0003: 2 Each 60 minute MSA Stealth Cylinder part number 807588 OR EQUAL; CLIN 0004: 1 Each MSA Wheeled cart for the Port Aire System, P/N 10017089 OR EQUAL; CLIN 0005: 6 Each PVC hose 50 feet long used on the Port Aire System, P/N 471513 OR EQUAL; CLIN 0006: 7 Each Male Foster Connectors used to connect the PVC hoses together, P/N 55716 OR EQUAL; CLIN 0007: 7 Each Female Foster Connectors used to connect the PVC hoses together, P/N 628770 OR EQUAL; CLIN 0008: 2 Sets Premaire Respirator system complete with a 10-minute cylinder P/N 497291 OR EQUAL. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), for RFQ F35CER32512000. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15 and DFARS Change Notice 20030722. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334413, Size Standard, 500 employees, applies to this procurement.
