Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and is in accordance with FAR 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only occasion for solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FA2550-03-Q-0397, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and 100% set aside for small business. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-05 and Defense Federal Acquisition Circular 20020314. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 339920 and the business size maximum is 500 employees. The proposed contract will be awarded as a small business set-aside requirement.
