Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number F45603-03-T-0040 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 5045. The Small Business Size Standard is 100 Employees. CLIN 0001 ? Aviation Fuel Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant (AVPOL) Data Analysis Software Program that will track, validate, and report all costs associated with aviation fuels. MfG: Jac Cetera Inc or Equal. Delivery requirement: 30-Days ARO to 62 OSS/CCR, Hanger 4, First ST, Suite 4-203, McChord AFB, WA 98438.
