Description: The 89th Contracting Squadron is looking to acquire a Douglas SPD Mu Meter Mk6 to support the airfield management operations. The customer requires this particular make and model because it has the ability to convert MU readings to RCR values, and can determine how much breaking action is lost as rubber builds up on the runway.
