Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials (except Government Furnished Materials (GFM), transportation and supervision as required for the rental of forty (40) Western Style Port-a-Let units to include non-freezing liquid and cleaning service for 40 portable toilets and 3 latrine in support of Orient Shield 04. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
