Description

**THIS SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(A)(12). LOCAL SOURCES ARE THOSE SOURCES NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION.** This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation F61730-03-R0006 is issued as a Request For Quotation. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. The North American Industry Classification System code assigned to this acquisition is 561720. Provide all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to provide Military Family House Cleaning Services at RAF Alconbury, Cambridgeshire, UK. The anticipated contract period is for 1 base year and 4 options. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) information will be available at Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://www.eps.gov. Proposals are due not later than 4:00pm (local time) on 27 September 03. The RFQ package will be e-mailed or faxed to local vendors only. All quotations and other normal documents required for the quotation submittal, including amendments to the quotation submittal, shall be in paper medium.
