Description

This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items: 40 each: 18 inch LCD Monitor, Resolution: 1280X1024 at 60HZ, Contrast Ratio 350:1, black in color, dual voltage, Model # LCD1860NX, Manufacturer NEC or equal. This is an end of fiscal year purchase and funds are currently not available. This item is to be purchased with the Government Purchase Card. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FM560630650400. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. FOB: Destination for delivery to 52 CS/SCBAE, GEB. 107 Flugplatz Spangdahlem, D-54529 Spangdahlem, Germany or 52 CS/SCBAE Unit 3705 Building 107, APO AE 09126. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name Or Equal, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items.
