- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease 10,750 rentable square feet yielding between 9,022 and 9,500 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Contiguous (same floor) space is preferred. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern tasteful design, in modern use or new construction. Parking for 42 vehicles must be available on site with a preference for reserved parking. LOCATION: The U.S. Government will be evaluating offers from the following delineated area: NORTH: West North Avenue to Lisbon Avenue; Lisbon Avenue to Sarnow Street; Sarnow Street to Walnut Street; Walnut Street to 27th Street, EAST: Old 27th Street, SOUTH: Interstate 94, WEST: 59th Street to State Street; State Street East to Hawley Road, Hawley Road South to Interstate 94. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy in the Fall of 2004. The following list contains, but is not limited to, space performance specifications for this lease procurement: 1.) Location must not be in close proximity to a residential area and schooling facilities; 2) Two (2) separate and mutually exclusive access points onto major thoroughfares.
