Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has a requirement for antenna cabling installation within T5 at Chicago O'Hare International Airport. The following services are required: Install RF cable from E. Penthouse communications room to LL baggage claim area; Extend cable from baggage claim east to rotunda area of east sterile corridor; Extend cable baggage claim into Customs office area; Extend cable from baggage claim sought into east INS office area; Extend cable to west side of baggage claim area, then south to west INS office area; Extend cable to rotunda area of the west sterile corridor; Perform all necessary terminations to cable, install all taps and install all necessary antennas; Install equipment cabinet in east penthouse; and provide necessary UPS power to equipment cabinet. Contractor shall support cable per industry standards in any open areas and will install cable in cable trays whenever it is applicable. All tiles that will need to be removed in Customs and baggage claim areas will be re-installed. All work on this project will be done during the evening hours so as not interfere with normal operations in T5. Proposed procurement is advertised under 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), only one reasonable source. The source is Tishman Midwest Management Corporation, 180 W. Washington Street, Suite 1100, Chicago, IL 60602. The price magnitude of this contract action is $25,000 to $100,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency.
