Description: This solicitation was advertised previously as RFP R1-5-02-12. Everyone who requested RFP R1-5-02-12 will be mailed a copy of RFP R1-5-03-61. Construct aggregate surfaced campground roads with camping spurs, parking area, group shelter, electrical and water distribution systems, split cedar and barbed wire fence, cattle guards and gates, and install four concrete vault toilets. Estimated price range $100,000 - $1,000,000. A pre-bid meeting will be held October 20, 2003 at 9:00 a.m., local time, at the project site, beginning at the intersections of roads 1705 and 3311, located 1/2 mile north of Elk River, Idaho.
