The NRCS has completed a direct conversion study for Soils Mapping and Compilation Services in Charleston County, South Carolina. As a result of this study, this agency has reached a tentative decision that these functions shall continue to be performed by in-house resources. Appeals from interested parties must be received in writing and within 20 calendar days after the publication date of this notice.
