Description: The Department of Justice, U. S. Attorneys Office, Chicago, Illinois, intends to issue a purchase order to General Parking, Chicago, Il., for eighteen(18) commerical parking spaces, within a 1 block radius for the period October 1, 2003 thru September 30, 2004, on a sole source basis. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
