Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR UPS AT STRATCOM This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F25600-03-T-0149 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 238330 with a size standard of $12 million dollars. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following: Resurface Auto Hobby Floor, furnish all labor, equipment, material, and in performing all work required to properly prepare and epoxy paint approximately 11,500 square feet of concrete flooring. The complete specifications are available as an attachment to this solicitation. // Prefer quotes have delivery terms of FOB Destination to Offutt AFB, NE. A site visit will be held on 26 Sept 03 by contacting SrA Billy Wendeln NLT 1500 at (402) 294-7765. All attendees will meet at Kenney Gate visitor center for the site visit. Submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 3 per vendor) to SrA Billy Wendeln via email or facsimile prior to 3:00pm (cst) on 26 Sept 03. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site. Request all questions be submitted to the point of contact noted above not later than 3:00pm (cst) on 26 Sept 2003.
