- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1NCOA32371200 is issued as a request for quotation using simplified acquisition procedures. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-15. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS for this solicitation is 339920 with a size standard of 500 employees. The contract line item numbers and items, quantities and units of measure are identified as: CLIN 0001, PFT 200 - Paramount Functional Trainer , 3 each; CLIN 0002, AP-3200 - Paramount Abdominal, 1 each; CLIN 0003, AP-4200 - Paramount Rotary Chest Press, 1 each; CLIN 0004, AP-4600 - Paramount Rotary Incline Chest, 1 each; CLIN 0005, AP-2000 - Paramount Leg Extension, 1 each; CLIN 0006, AP-2300 - Paramount Bicep Curl, 1 each; CLIN 0007, AP-4500 - Paramount Rotary Lat Pull Down, 1 each; CLIN 0008, AP-3300 - Lower Back, 1 each. Delivery shall be made not later than 30 days after receipt of award. Prices for each CLIN shall be quoted FOB destination. The delivery and inspection/acceptance point is Gunter NCOA/Satellite Fitness Center, Attn: MSgt Joseph J. Richardson, Bldg 850 Moore Rd, Maxwell AFB - Gunter Annex, AL 36114. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror. This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Upon request, the Contracting Officer will make their full text available.
