Description: Synopsis Modification 03. Due to substantial damage to the Eastern Seaboard from the hurricane, the proposal closing date has been extended. As stated on the questions and answers posted on 12 Sep 03, the period for asking for RFP clarifications formally closed on of 22 Sep 03, this will not change as a result of the extension. Questions that were/are submitted after this date will not be considered. In addition, the informal informational page is available at http://www-ext.tinker.af.mil/38eig/pk/pke/pkeindex.asp?IsActive=772 will not be updated again until after award. Parties interested in teaming, partnering, or subcontracting with others may review the last POC list published on the FedBizOps site: www.eps.gov.
