- NA NOUN: PANEL ASSY, FUEL BOO, NSN: 1680-01-216-1923; Part Number: 70902-01115-042; Qty: 680 Ea. Min./1,480 Ea. Max., this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, applicable to the UH-60Aircraft. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to DEF Dist Depot Red River, R eceiving Bldg. 499, 10th Street & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000, XU Transportation Officer, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, and XU DEF Dist Depot San Joaquin, Transportation Officer, P.O. Box 960001, Stockton, CA 95296-0130. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 50 each 405 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 258 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 50 each 270 DACA. The Government h as rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for releas e outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. However, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be consid ered by the Agency. By US Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to US Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
