Description

NA CONTACT Kwok Li, Electronics Engineer, 732-532-9158. This is a presolicitation notice for a sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic year and four option years subject to the availability of funds. The IDIQ is for th e following NSN: NSN 5985-01-480-1932, P/N 8140944-00, Antenna Upgrade Kit, 200 each,NSN 5895-01-504-6692, P/N 8145722-00, Feed Tube Assembly, 315 each, NSN 5895-01-504-6696, P/N 8145738-00, Feed Base Assembly, 310 each, NSN 5895-01-504-6871, P/N 7191288-00, Radio Frequency Filter, 310 each, NSN 5996-01-504-6695, P/N 7191307-00, Low Noise Amplifier, 1030 each, Current source for these items are L-3 Communications Corp,. The government does not possess any technical data to manufacture the components. Suppliers capable of furnishing these items must so indicate by sending e-mail to kwok.li@us.army.mil. The response MUST include documentation such as test results, copy of the purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the current source, or a statement from the current source demonstrating that the supplier can in fact supply the items that will be physically and functionally interchangeable at the repair part level with the items that the source supplies for these NSNs. Successful supplier(s) may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. This is not an RFP.
