Description

To guarantee addition to the bidders list, web page registration should be followed up with either a fax or an email. All requests for a CD must contain the following information: company name, address, busines s size, point of contact with email address, phone number, and fax number. DESCRIPTION: SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON CD ONLY. The Walla Walla District, Corps of Engineers, intends to award a firm-fixed price constru ction contract. The work will consist of the removal of existing above grade system components including stand posts and receptacles, mini-power center, concrete pad, conduit and wiring. Below grade components may be abandoned in place. The work will al so require the installation of a new system including transformers and panelboards with associated concrete pads as campsite power distribution centers, campsite electrical pedestals, and required conduit and wiring to supply the comfort station and campsi tes with 120/240 volt, 1 phase, 3-wire 100% neutral, 600 amp bus main device, 600 amp circuit breaker, 2 pole, 10,000 AIC service as specified on contract drawings. The work includes excavation trenching, backfill, and sodding, and asphalt cement concrete repair. The estimated completion date for this work is February 9, 2004. ADMIN INFO: The estimated cost range for this job is between $250,000 and $500,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 1731 and the North American Industry Clas sification System (NAICS) code is 238210. The small business size standard is average annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $12,000,000. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns.
