Description

This is a Solicitation Notice. The Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC), Expeditionaly Warfare Development Center (EWDC), Combat Development Tracking System (CDTS), Marine Corps Base (MCB), Quantico, VA is seeking proposals and bids from prespective contractor/vendors for the following task: 1. Conduct Combat Development Tracking System (CDTS) Systems/Project Management. 2. Perform WEB collaborative development, programming, maintenance, and documentation. 3. Conduct User and Stakeholder Support. The Period of Performance (POP)is from 1 November 2003 to 31 October 2004. Sections C, F, and H are available and can be requested from the Point of Contact (POC) below. These are the same as were available in the Presolicitation Notice MCCDC-CDTS-2004-1. If you already received these, please do not ask for them to be resent. This will be a BEST VALUE procurement based upon the following factors: Familiarity, Past Experience, and Project Management Plan. Your Technical Proposal is limited to ten (10) typewritten pages along with your Cost Proposal and Resumes (if desired).
