Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2J66332530500 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01. This requirement is being synopsized as a Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code is 334111, size standard 1000 employees. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the following equipment: Dialogic Communications Corporation ? Communicator Emergency Mass Notification System, which includes the following 1.) 1ea Base Software and Personnel Database, 1ea Network-Capable Version with 5 User Seats, 1ea E-Mail Notification Capability, 1ea Phone Line Expansion (Up to 24 Ports), 1ea Scenario Expansion Module with Starter Kit, 1ea Transfer Capability to Console/Conference Switch, 1ea Paging Capabilities (Digital and Alphanumeric), 1ea Roster Level Tagging and Database Import, 1ea Hardware Platform for 24 Telephone/T-1 Ports, 1ea Automatic Logging of Priority Numbers. 2.) 1ea Web-Based Database Personnel Update. 3.) System Installation and Training. The required delivery date is 30 Oct 03. No partial quotes will be considered. No substitutes will be allowed. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation will be based on best value including cost, meeting required delivery date, and ability to meet requirements. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification?Commercial Items with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
