Description

The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to issue under (FAR Part 12) sole source award to Cardiologic Group LLC, 2403 Kelso, San Antonio, TX 78248-0943. The quotation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. The NAICS is 541511 and the business size is $21.0 mil. Cardiologic Group will provide Web-base patient tracking solutions. for a one-year period for the Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, TX. Period of performance will be 25 Sep 2003 through 24 Sep 2004. The proposed contract action is for which the government intends to award to one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider any proposal received within 24 hours after the date of publication of this synopsis. No solicitation or request for quote is available
