Description

Robins AFB has a requirement for a parts availability database. Period of Performance: 01 Oct 04 ? 30 Sep 05. FOB: Destination. This is a sole source requirement for Inventory Locator Service, 4134 Burdett St., Chesapeake, VA 23322. Anticipated Award Date: 30 Sep 03. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. PROPOSALS ARE DUE NOT LATER THAN 6 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE. FAR CLAUSE 52.212-4, CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, AND FAR 52.232-18, AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS, APPLY TO THIS ACQUISITION. Number note 22 applies.
