Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared IAW the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the Statement of Work (SOW) for local (Peterson AFB, CO - Colorado Springs) Medical Waste Refuse, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Represnetations and Certifications, and the Department of Labor (DOL) Wage Determination (NO: 94-2079 REV (25) Area: Colorado Springs). Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Therefore, this notice shall serve as a request for quotation, numbered F21MDG32623400. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562112, size standard $10.5 million. Awards cannot be made to contractors who are not registered in the Central Contractor Registration at time of award.
