- This is a combined/ synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-03-T-0154 is issued for reference purpose only. Reagents must be delivery with a minimum of 6 months shelf life. For the period of performance of 01Oct03 ? 30Sep03. Clin-0001 Spinal fluid control, liquid 30 day open vial stability. 6x3ml vials/pg. Liquichek Spinal Fluid Control Level 1. 4/pg (1pg/del date). Clin-0003 Immunological control for use with electrophoresis procedures. 6x1ml vials/pg Liquichek Immunology Control Level 1, 16/pg (4pg/del date.) Clin -0004 Immunological control for use with electrophoresis procedures. Liquichek Immunology Control Level 2. 16/pg (4pg/del date). Clin -0005 Immunological control for use with electrphoresis procedures 6x1ml vials/pg. Liquichek Immunology Control Level 3. 16/pg (4pg/delivery date) Clin-0006 Tumor marker control for use in various cancer antigen test 6 x 2ml vials/pg. 4/pg (1pg/delivery date). Clin-0007 Diabetes control for use in QC performance testing of HgB fraction diabetes testing. 6x0.5ml vials/pg. 16/pg (4pg/delivery date). Clin-0008 Hermoglobin A1C Reorder Pack for use with Variant , 16/pg (1 pg delivery date 2 pg on delivery dates indicated by the asterisk) . Clin- 0009 Kit includes Control (POS and NEG) and its consumable. 16/kts (4 Kits /Quarter). Clin- 0010 Kits includes Control (POS and NEG) and its consumables. Used for Rtab testing. Kallestad Mouse Stomach/Kidney Substrate. 12/kts (3 Kits/ Quarter). Clin-0011 Kits includes Control ( POS and NEG) and its Consumbles. Used for DNA testing. Kallestad Crithidium Lucille Substrate. 12/kts (4 Kits/Quarter.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-15. Past performance, technical capability based on the description requirements when combined are significantly more important than cost or price. Prior to Contract Award, the government will review the quotes for the purpose of ascertaining their technical capability.
