Description
This SOURCES SOUGHT notice is to identify business capability to perform an airfare audit. Each year under the City Pair Program (CPP), the Government awards contracts for air passenger transportation services in over 4,000 separate markets. Contract airfares for Fiscal Year (FY) 2004 may be viewed at: http://apps.fss.gsa.gov/citypairs/search/ After the initial awards, the contract carriers are required to file the awarded airfares in the Computer Reservation Systems/Global Distribution Systems that the contract carriers use commercially (e.g., Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan.) It is extremely important that awarded airfares are promptly disseminated and operational for reservation and ticketing purposes for Government travelers on official travel. The contractor for this task will be required to provide all personnel, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, training, and any other items necessary to verify that the airfares have been correctly filed. A satisfactory past performance history of similar efforts is required. The anticipated contract performance period will be November 3, 2003 through December 1, 2003. There is no solicitation available at this time, however a detailed statement of work (SOW) is available to interested parties. To receive a copy of the SOW, contact the Original Point of Contact listed below. The government encourages participation of 8(a), Hub Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Woman Owned, and Disadvantaged Small Businesses. Any responses to this notice should include the following: Company Name, Point of Contract, Address, Telephone and FAX numbers, E-mail address, Business Size, DUNS number and Tax ID Number. All potential contractors shall submit a portfolio of their capabilities by 2:00 PM, ET on October 6, 2003 to the following address: GSA, FSS, FBGS, ROOM 812 - ATTN: CITY PAIR TEAM, 1941 JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY, ARLINGTON, VA 22202.
